Genius Gluten Free Bread is a rather wonderful story of one woman's struggle to find a bread on which she could feed her Coeliac children.

It's gone from the kitchen table all the way to Tesco, Asda & Waitrose, so it's a success by any standards.

I particularly love their little film with the spoons: it's a perfect marriage between form and content.
